Civil Service Strollers welcomed league leaders BSC Glasgow to Christie Gillies Park on Saturday.
The visitors took the lead after fourteen minutes through Gary Redpath.
Jack Downie leveled the match just before the interval with a perfectly placed shot from the edge of the box that found the top corner of the net.
BSC looked like they should have had a penalty after Grehan appeared to be tripped in the box but the referee waved away the claims.
Into the second half and Shaun Turnbull, who returned from a summer break, got his name on the scoresheet after a goalmouth scramble.
Turnbull showed great composure to slot the ball into the net.
Downie got his second of the afternoon from the penalty spot after the referee deemed the ball hit the defenders hand.
BSC were then awarded a penalty at the other end after Stuart Burnside fouled the attacker. Up stepped Martin Grehan who sent Burnside the wrong way.
Steven Froude sealed the victory for us after getting on the end of a Kris Mitchell cross. Froude’s powerful header nestled in the back of the net.
