Civil Service Strollers are delighted to announce that Jayden Fairley has joined the club on loan from Hibs in a move that sees Jack Hodge return to Easter Road.
Fairley, 16, signed his first pro contract with Hibs in October last year and will be available for selection in our game against Kelty Hearts at Christie Gillies Park tomorrow.
The left sided midfielder will be us for the remainder of the season. He made headlines when he scored a wonder goal in Scotland’s game against Armenia last year.

Everyone at the club would like to thank Jack Hodge for his contribution to the club and we wish him well for the rest of the season.

Jack scored three times for the Strollers in the first half of the season and played a huge part in the teams success.
Manager, Gary Jardine, said “We’d like to wish Jack all the best for the future and thank him for his time at the club. “Jack’s qualities complimented the team well and he played a big part in our relative success during the first half of the season.
“We wish him a full and speedy recovery from injury and hope to see him back playing soon.
“With Jack injured we are extremely grateful and delighted that Hibernian have allowed us to take Jayden Fairley on as a replacement.
“Jayden is another exciting young talent who can hopefully have the same impact as Hodge, Yeats and Shanley.”
